La Bodega Negra is an iconic destination for a fantastic night out in London. Since its opening in March 2012, it has remained in the spotlight, becoming a quintessential part of London's dining scene. This unique restaurant has transformed the dining experience in the city, blending theater, camaraderie, and exceptional Mexican cuisine and drinks all within its walls.

The restaurant boasts intricately decorated rooms that exude a sexy, mysterious, and slightly naughty ambiance, adding an air of exclusivity. The Bordello is an exclusive hire space, that leads off from La Bodega Negra's notoriously famous cocktail bar! The room seats 17 - 24 guests, but can also be booked for events for smaller events. The price of the room is dependant on the date and time of the year, should you wish to book for a weekend date or in December they offer the room at two times 6:00pm-8:30pm, and at 9:00pm-close with a minimum spend of £2,500.

If you want the room all night from a different time, the minimum spend is £4,000. Should you wish to reserve for another time of the year please get in touch with the venue and they will confirm the price with you.

CONFIRMATION, CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS All event bookings are provisional until La Bodega Negra has received your menu option, credit card details and deposit. A provisional booking will be held for 5 days without confirmation, after that time your booking may be cancelled. We will send a credit card request email from our system to indicate a provisional reservation. Please return your confirmation (card details & deposit) to us within 5 days after the provisional reservation has been made. The credit card details are used to secure the booking and to charge the deposit. The deposit is fully refundable up to two weeks prior to your reservation date. Should we receive a cancellation after this time the deposit will be held, and a charge of £25 per person will be taken from the card you have provided.

The Client will be held responsible for and will reimburse La Bodega Negra for any damage caused to our goods or premises. DEPOSITS All group bookings are held provisionally until we receive a deposit to secure. The deposit required varies to the size of your event and will be agreed upon with La Bodega Negra ahead of your reservation. A 10% of the minimum spend is required to secure your event booking. The deposit is fully refundable up to two weeks prior to your reservation date. should we receive a cancellation after this date the deposit will be held, and a charge of £25 per person will be taken from the card you have provided. Your full deposit will be put towards your final bill. Emergency cancellations will be liaised and agreed upon in writing with La Bodega Negra who may be able to move your reservation and deposit to another date. REDUCING / CHANGING NUMBERS If there is a reduction in numbers, or you need to add any final detail such as dietary requirements, we require these by 5:00 pm 2 days before your booking date, or else we will charge the cost of each set menu as per the originally confirmed numbers. If you need to increase your numbers, please give La Bodega Negra as much notice as possible as we are unable to guarantee availability. MENUS Set menus or pre-orders for your event will be required upon securing your reservation. We can work with you to create bespoke menus to fit your party’s needs. The set menus are the best selection of our A La Carte menu, with some exciting extras, especially for you; a host of Mexican treats set up sharing/family style. This is a perfect way for large parties to dine together for a seated event. We also offer canape-style service for standing more casual events. Special dietary requirements can be accommodated if arranged in advance, 5 days prior to your reservation date. In the event that certain dishes change, we will inform you as soon as we can prior to your arrival. DIETARY REQUIREMENTS All dietary requirements and the final number of guests are to be confirmed to us no later than 5pm two days prior to your reservation date. For us to accommodate them in time, it is crucial that you let us know of any dietary needs prior to your event. If you do not let us know of your guests’ dietary needs, we will be unable to serve them. Final confirmation is to be given by 5pm two days prior to your event time, any amendments including changing or adding dietary needs after this time will not be accepted, and we will serve and charge for the number of set menus and dietary requirements we have confirmed. WINES / PRE-ORDERS For event bookings, it would be helpful if you could give us an indication as to the wines or bottles you will be drinking so suitable arrangements can be made. We ask that if you wish to pre-order your wines, champagnes, or bottles you please arrange them in advance, 5 days prior to your reservation date. DRESS CODE We have a relaxed atmosphere in the restaurant and operate a dress code of no work attire on the door (no suit jackets or ties). For health and safety reasons we also ask you not to wear flip-flops. If bringing a rucksack or luggage with you, please be prepared to leave these with our door host in the free cloakroom available to you when you arrive. If celebrating a birthday, or bachelor/bachelorette party please be aware that we do not allow any fancy dress, or paraphernalia into the restaurant (no balloons, costumes, or table decorations); exceptions can be made but will need to be agreed upon by La Bodega Negra in writing ahead of your booking date. PHOTOGRAPHY We ask for no flash photography inside the restaurant. SERVICE CHARGE A service charge of 15% will be added to the final bill and is included in your minimum spend. PAYMENT TERMS Your minimum spend is inclusive of all food, drinks, VAT & service charge. Your full deposit will be added towards your final bill. Full and final settlement of the bill is required at the end of your meal. We do not have the facility to create several bills, one person will need to take responsibility for payment. All major credit cards are accepted. We do not accept cheques as a method of payment. VAT VAT Value Added Tax at the current rate is included in all prices. LIABILITY FOR PROPERTY The customer accepts that ‘La Bodega Negra’ cannot be held liable for any property brought on the premises by customers, by any of his/her guests or third-party suppliers. OVER 18’S POLICY La Bodega Negra Restaurant operates a strict 18’s policy. ID will be asked for upon entry to anyone that looks underage. La Bodega Negra Café operates with no strict age limit and can also be booked for parties for any event.

    I booked a table for 12 people for a birthday meal and can't wait to go back again. I'm surprised at some of the poor reviews on here as I found the staff really friendly and helpful. It was extremely busy but our waitress was lovely and went out of her way to make sure we had what we wanted. The food was excellent and portion size was just right. We went downstairs afterwards, extremely full, for some more fun and cocktails. Music was excellent too!

    Enjoyed the experience, food was great, small plates - not the best value is portions were a little small relative to price, but tasty. Great margarita's.
