The wife and I attended one of the chef's tables after the first event we booked was cancelled, not long after Covid. The food was good, staff relaxed and friendly, and the setting was lovely. Unfortunately we found this place too late, as it is soon to become a wedding/conference venue. Hopefully, they will do the occasional chef's table🤞

Stayed here as a present from our daughter, the accommodation is beautiful the food is well cooked and presented well. I liked it as it was a bit out of the way. I added a few images, but I didn't take any of the evening meal.

Came to a wedding here, fabulous occasion, well supported by staff, great setting and stayed on site. Accommodation was quiet with good amenities. Food was great from start to breakfast in morning.

We ate here for our anniversary. We had an early reservation at 630pm and it was very quiet. The food was faultless and very reasonably priced in my opinion. We were recommended by Heather and Dale owners of the Rookery woods where we were staying, would definitely recommend to people staying in the area.

Nothing short of daylight robbery. Arrived expecting to stay in a beautiful cottage only to be put in the adjacent "cottage" - which we later learned was previously staff quarters - while staff were still happy to charge us the full amount as if we were in the actual guest accommodation. Shell-shocked and weary from travel, we paid as requested on the spot. After finally managing to get hold of management, we were told we would be fully refunded for the accommodation and that they would get back to us on the inexplicable £70 per head dinner all guests were charged for who expected a 5 course meal (and received pretty much a fancy'ish roast sharing platter and dessert) but we still have not heard back from Kealy. Other guests also complained/ remarked on how now invoices/breakdowns were provided and that the dinner did not even begin to reach expectations of what was communicated previously. Truly shocking given the other reviews as we were really excited ahead of the stay. The venue itself is admittedly quite stunning but dreadful management and empty promises made the weekend irrecoverable. Oh... and £17,50 for a double gin and tonic... wow.
