Under refurbishment, but even so a nice hotel, amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Spotless room , althoughone bedside table was missing. Hair dryer would have been useful ? And like everywhere could do with more teabags and milk. The bathroom great , spotless. Just needed a shelf in the shower. Breakfast was honestly delicious. Fruit and yoghurt followed by bespoke full English and a pot of tea . All served with efficiency and a smile. I'd love to go back once full refurbished. Maybe nice to put spring bulbs in the flower bed outside the view from the lower floor...then it would be lovely.

Lovely hotel and despite the refurbishments the hotel was lovely and we enjoyed our stay. Convenient for town and there was parking which was great. The staff were professional and really friendly.

I stay in lots of hotels of varying standards and few incite me to leave a review. This Hotel is well worthy of a review as I think its very very good for the price point and deserves to be full all the time. Great location and parking on site for only 7 pound a day. Staff were really friendly and natural and u can feel there's a nice atmosphere there. The room was literally spotless and had everything I needed. It had aircon ( wouldn't necessarily expect that for the price. ) The bathroom was great with an exceptional shower. Even though my room was on what looked like a noisy corridor ,it was really quiet and a super comfortable sleep was had. If visiting Salisbury again I would automatically look for this hotel for all the reasons stated above. A really nice well run hotel which is a credit to them. Well done and thank you

I received an email the day before arrival stating that parking was limited, but this was not made clear upon booking. I emailed the hotel, but never received a response. The hotel is undergoing extensive renovation, the corridors felt like I was in a hostel as there is scaffolding everywhere and the wallpapers been stripped, but it was clean and tidy. The rooms were perfectly fine though my door did not close automatically. Hit or miss service, my check was average at best, no enthusiasm or friendliness - they didn't make me feel welcomed (which was compounded by the scaffolding), but the check out was very good. Breakfast was nice (full English) with some cold bits available too. Location is great and overall value for money was well worth it, but the poor check in and communication prior spoilt it for me
