Step aboard The Eleanor Rose, one of our more spacious vessels that, with three separate sections, offers a versatile and multi-purpose venue for you and your guests.
As you step onboard, you will find the lower saloon, an elegant and welcoming space featuring a bar area. The open forward area is also available for your guests to enjoy, it offers a perfect spot for informal gatherings or simply relaxing.
The bright, covered rear upper deck is an ideal space to entertain guests, it has large opening windows that let in natural light, providing a comfortable and enjoyable space for all weather conditions. Cancellation policy
Once a booking is confirmed and a deposit has been paid; written cancellations of less than 14 working days’ notice will still be required to make full payment for boat hire and any food, entertainment, boarding drinks, pre-booked wine or decorations booked for the cruise. If less than one calendar month's notice but greater than 14 working days prior to sailing, the boat hire deposit will be kept. Where more than one calendar month's notice or more are given, this will incur a £100 admin charge.

May 2024Really good tour of the river. We arrived at 10.15 for a 10.40am tour and were the first there. The lovely ticket lady explained that there would already be people on the boat from Kings Staith. She explained we could get off at Kings Staith or get off back at Lendal Bridge. Umbrellas were available if it rained. Great commentary about the wildlife, floods, history, names of parks. A really really good way to see York

March 2024Really lovely hour-long cruise up to St Peter's school and down past the millennium bridge. Our captain, Sophia, was excellent with the right level of information and humour. My only feedback: put out a tip bucket! Highly recommend.

Her commentary was excellent and she spoke so clearly we could hear and understand everything she said.
