Studio One, ‘The Warehouse’ is a converted foundry, with a glass apex roof, fabulous natural light and a 6m x 6m x 3m Infinity Cove.
Fully equipped for photography and film bookings the studio includes a make up station and a comfortable client lounge with large meeting table, a kitchen, a hairdressing wash unit and shower.
We believe in providing a practical, technical environment with great hospitality and desirable trimmings such as complimentary tea, coffee (or Barista coffee for the real caffeine connoisseurs) and crew catering.
We’re also located directly opposite useful amenities such as a large Sainsbury’s, ScrewFix and B+Q.
Full studio blackout and/or green screen are available on request.
Entirely ground floor, with 3 phase power and sizable industrial doors throughout, Studio One is adjacent to our second space, The Daylight Studio. For large scale productions we recommend renting both collectively.

March 2024I wholeheartedly recommend Simulacra Studio. This brilliant large studio space is available for rent for a variety of uses. I'm glad I didn't think twice about choosing Francois to take my shoot's pictures. He went above and beyond to make sure you got the shots you needed, and he was a great host—patient, understanding, and accommodating. Francois is a very talented and accomplished photographer, in my opinion. Strongly advised for any photographer, content creator, or filmmaker. He had the necessary space and excellent equipment in his studio. His communication skills are excellent, and he was considerate of my unique situation and made accommodations to ease my experience. Francois did some work for me, and I'm very happy with his dedication, understanding, patience, and overall passion for what he does.

March 2024I couldn’t say enough good things about this studio and it’s people. The studio space is awesome, lots of room and versatility, as well as plenty of kit available to hire. Francois and his team are some of the best and loveliest people in this industry. When shoots etc are super stressful, the value of having amazing people on location is invaluable. I’d highly recommend anyone to shoot here. Blackout, green screen, white cyc, loft vibes…. Lots and lots is possible here
