One of the very worst escape game experiences I've ever had! Terrible customer service - the man who showed us to our room was about to just leave us in there with no pre-amble, but I asked what the story was. He started to half-heartedly tell us then said he couldn't remember and we could read it on a notice on the wall! There's no internal speaker for them to give clues, instead there are QR codes you can use to get a hint, or you can use a walkie talkie to ask for a hint. BUT despite them telling us there is CCTV and they're watching the game they clearly weren't because when I asked for a hint by walkie talkie they were slow to respond and didn't know what puzzle we were stuck on - if they'd been watching they would have known!) The puzzles themselves were fairly simple, and quite tired and there were several things in the rooms that we didn't even use, so must have been broken puzzles, which made things confusing as we were still trying to solve them. But the worst part was when we opened the final door, there was nobody there! No-one came to greet us, we just walked out back into the reception area, with nobody there to close the game, we have no idea what our time was, and there was no closing chat to end the experience, or take a photo! I have done a lot of escape rooms, and this was just dreadful. Save your money, and go somewhere that's properly run with some good puzzles and people who actually know how to provide a good service. (I visited on Sunday with a group for a hen weekend activity, with our group splitting into two and doing 2 rooms. The magical one, and atomic energy. My group was doing atomic energy.)

Do not waste your money. Two of us did the 6 tasks In ‘subject 11’ and then left as it came to an abrupt end. £52 for 6 tasks is not what you expect when completing an escape room. We had no idea what the story was and the ‘theming’ didn’t help as it was terrible. The guy running all the rooms forgot to give us the radio. The worst escape room we have done anywhere in the world. I do not recommend!
