If the event is cancels within 3-6 months prior to the event, 75% of contracted revenue is required as a cancellation fee. The venue did not disappoint, the grounds were beyond stunning and we got the most beautiful golden hour even at the end of October. And the staff were so friendly and accommodating. Went for a weekend break as a couple and the location is beautiful. The building and grounds are very nice, the room we had was great and the service was top notch. The staff for dinner and breakfast were friendly, helpful and highly accommodating and the food was fantastic. We had the lamb for mains which I couldn't recommend enough, good portions and tasted amazing

This hotel is beautiful! I took my mum for a birthday spa day. The staff were friendly. The massage was very good, and the therapist listened to me and did exactly what I needed. Excellent! The afternoon tea was set out beautifully and tasted as good as it looked. There was a bit of confusion with the whole experience as I'd booked through spabreaks. It did make it feel like we weren't supposed to be there, and I had to provide proof of the purchase of having ordered a bottle halfway through our lunch. So, missed communications did let it down slightly. But we both still enjoyed it.
