We went to Cinderella Christmas panto... kids loved it. We loved it. 2 points and staff informed... it was cold in area where panto was done, and veggies with Christmas Dinner smelt and tasted burnt so left them but taste spread through meal. However, we enjoyed the day and would book again next year!

I've been at this hotel a lot (30+ days) with another 30 days this coming year and always find the staff friendly and helpful from the reception desk to the event and kitchen teams. Some rooms are much better than others and the layout of the building is quirky, but overall I always enjoy the stays. It's not too far from Sheffield station in an Uber (half the price of a station cab). Only downside recently is that they have gotten rid of the gym, which for me was a vital part of my stay there to help exercise after running a days training Beautiful location and grounds.

Just off the motorway so location is great. Our room was massive and finished well and had fab ensuite, tea and coffee facilties and a very comfortable king size bed. Good breakfast with scrambled eggs with salmon, my favourite. We had a party on site which was well catered for. A fab time and a good price for what we had.

Had a lovely 1 night stay whilst attending a work event, room conveniently located for access to the venue, large and well equipped room. The receptionist lady was a highlight, she was incredibly polite, friendly and helpful. Our telephone didn’t work so she organised our room service for us, she located my old account and added our points for staying at the hotel. One recommendation is the floating toilet in our room was very untrusting and weak, I would consider just having regular toilets as this was worrying when using it.
