This hotel is one of my favourite places to stay in the UK. The wonderful team offers the finest customer service, always striving to exceed expectations. The communal areas are welcoming, warm and presented very well. The modern rooms are nicely decorated, well-appointed and spotlessly clean. Highlight for me on this occasion was the awesome bed with an extremely comfortable mattress, superb clean crisp linen, great duvet and pillows. The bathroom was also spotlessly clean and well-presented. The location is a little remote, but a bus links the station and city centre from an adjacent stop close to the hotel. The best place to stay in Gateshead/Newcastle for value for money and customer service.

Two night stay, nice pleasant hotel. Good value for money and dog friendly too. Service was excellent and all the team are incredibly friendly. Especially Sam in the Restaurant who was always on hand to assist. Thanks to all, see you again soon

Rooms were nice size but bedding and towels didn't smell very fresh. Screen was tiny. Parking is £10 a day. Bar was not very relaxing as music was very loud.
