Been a member but not been for a while so due to friendly staff myself and son were rejoined, excellent staff on entrance and very helpful so great start, it's also a nice place and relaxing With no pressure to gamble apart from yourself, If I'm honest if your new to the casino, not just here but any casino there should be someone who shows you how much things cost and how to play if your not sure and it would probably bring more trade , rather than sit down then hope for the best. But we are amateurs so it's our fault I guess. Will defo go back as we played a few machines, blackjack and roulette and came out even( not millionaires) lol. You can watch people in there blasting money away like theres no tomorrow but if you have it why not. All in all myself and son had a great night even though we were new, will defo be going back. Just to say that a pint of lager is £4.80 btw.

Great service, all the tables were open social distancing and masks needed but all games available.

Been a while since we ate at the casino and we were shocked that some of the incredible senior staff that we knew well were no longer there. This definitely impacted on the overall experience but having said that, the young team that took care of us were so passionate and tried their absolute best. The food was great as always
