Amazing Wedding Day I had the pleasure of having my wedding and reception at The Orchid Hotel, I have to say everything was perfect! Helen, George and all of the other staff did a great job in ensuring the day went smoothly from start to finish. Everything from the presentation of the lovely Paloma Suite and Aurelia Suite to the food served during the wedding breakfast was brilliant. Attention to detail was on point and everything went seamlessly thanks to everyone working on that day. The wedding breakfast, canapes and evening buffet were all lovely. We had a fantastic day and the staff were great. All of the rooms we reserved for wedding guests were very well presented and clean. The Master Room was lovely and very comfortable. The feedback from our family was stunning and we all loved this venue. This hotel is a perfect place to host a wedding celebration. We have made some wonderful memories from the day and we certainly could not be happier. We would happily relive the day over and over again. We look forward to returning to the hotel and restaurant, we would definitely recommend. Thank you!!

Had our wedding here last week it was perfect. Natalie and her staff were so supportive and ensured it went well. Charlotte, especially made the day extra special with her smile and personality! The food was fantastic and all the guests agreed. We would recommend this hotel to everyone. We will be regular visitors to the restaurant!

Hopefully we wont get married again- but if we do..... As with all sensible grooms, I let the bride have maximal control and governance over the choice of venue. And im really glad I did, as the Orchid was AMAZING! Helen and all the staff did everything they could to help us feel at ease from the off. All the planning was made simple for us, and some of our special requirements were met with minimal fuss or hassle. Our families and guests all loved the decor and even though the weather was terrible (we mean really, really bad) all day it was still the perfect venue as everyone mingled indoors. We cant thank everyone there enough and have got lots of happy memories of our special day :-)

A Perfect Wedding Day Thank you to Helen and team for our perfect wedding day. All our requests were listened to and executed with professionalism. We naturally made changes along the way and it was with ease that these were implemented. A lovely boutique hotel and wonderful ambience. Friendly and professional staff and Helen was always calm and reassuring. The food, wine and service was exceptional and a choice of rooms to suit your specific needs. We were also fortunate to be able to enjoy the outside patio area through to the evening. The Orchid Hotel was recommended to us and we recommend it to you.

Charming hotel on the smaller side. It's no Marriott but don't let that put you off. The location is a short walk from Bournemouth Pier, the hill is steep so maybe not ideal for everybody. The rooms are pleasant and adequate and provide all you need for a few nights away from home. The staff are friendly and helpful and the parking is adequate.

I recently stayed at this hotel in a family room which was lovely and clean! The beds were very comfortable and room was spacious. Perfect location, few minutes walking distance to the beach. The staff are extremely helpful and polite with good customer service! I had left my sunglasses in the room and didn't realise when I went home. I'm not from Bournemouth and live over 3 hours away but I contacted the hotel and Jeanna was very helpful and told me the house keeping found my sunglasses and she kept them safe. She posted them out to me and I received them after a few days. I am grateful and happy how Jeanna dealt with this situation.

Great facilities, amazing service and spacious rooms. Highly recommended and will return if in the area again. Cheers for a lovely break

It’s amazing hotel, Natalie the General manager is absolutely brilliant warm, courteous friendly and helpful did everything to make a great week. Comfortable beds, great decor and breakfast spot on. Location is excellent central to Bournemouth can’t really go wrong. Lots of parking and 24 hour security. Family friendly atmosphere five stars from Minz!

The most wonderful day of my life The staff at The Orchid were amazing from start to finish. In the build up to the day we were completely supported with meetings, phone calls and emails and all our requests were listened to. A wedding can be stressful but the entire staff made us feel like we were the most important. On the actual day they kept us calm (nice gin and tonic sent to the bride whilst he ready) and all our guests felt very welcomed.

Stylish & Beautiful We had a great day at The Orchid Hotel for our wedding reception. The food was amazing, the service was fantastic, and the location is beautiful. Would definitely recommend The Orchid Hotel to any brides out there looking for a boutique venue. Helen and the team were brilliant!
