February 2024Scam!!! We booked a "VIP" area from their website to celebrate our friend's birthday, we prepaid £300 and when we got there they were unaware of the reservation, and after they spoke to the owner they took us to literally a closet that looked nothing like the pictures. They denied giving us a refund, we tried contacting the owner, Tony who was nothing but rude and unhelpful, and apparently scams not only customers, but the event promoters as well. We ended up leaving over an hour later without managing to sort anything out. Stay away from this place!

February 2024AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! Terrible experience my friend pre-booked a birthday here and paid £300 for the VIP area (original price was £250 but owner demanded £300 claiming that tax was not shown on website). Upon arrival we discovered that the VIP area was a tiny storage room with a TV. When asked manager/ owner Tony for the refund this was refused.
