The harbour heights terrace in sandbanks is absolutely iconic. This beautiful hotel boasts the most amazing views from their terrace. The service is unparalleled and we always have the most incredible time. If you want to have beautiful drinks and tasty food in the sun with an amazing view then this is the place to be!

As they say location is everything and this hotel most certainly ticks the box. We went to a party at some friends that live in the area and are quite well known here in the UK. They recommend that us and some fellow party members this hotel. We do like the nice things in life and this hotel most definitely hit the mark. Check in was easy and Mollie that checked us in was a lovely girl even showing us where the EV charging point was for our car. We were very happy with our room, even though we didn’t spent much time in it we appreciate the quality and the thought process put to the room and decor. The views are beautiful in the area and the view from our room was equally as beautiful. We are not big breakfast people, however there was a lot of choice and what we did have was very nice. We have been invited to another party in the summer in the area so we will most definitely come here for 2 nights as we would like to also try a rather famous fish restaurant in the locality. It’s 5 stars from us and we look forward to returning.

I have been coming here for 15 years and received a parking ticket even though I was at the hotel at the time. I have never noticed that there were signs in the car park and not once has anyone ever asked me to register my car. The signs are there (look new) but the wording is small apart from the bit that says "Patrons and guests only"... If you go into the restaurant/bar, you do not see anywhere to register your car, nor does anyone speak to you about it. They claim they have 10 signs, but I could only see one at the back of the bottom car park. Ok, there are signs, I should have registered my car, but its not clear and they should train the staff to ask you if you have registered your car, or update the "new" signs. Management did not help. Will not be going back here or recommending it again. Amazing views over the harbour and a really nice garden full of trees. Perfect place for a business meeting, breakfast or evening drinks if you register your car.

This place used to be a reasonably priced place to come for drinks but has become incredibly expensive in 2024. We paid £6.50 for a bottle of Corona the other night. Something you can pick up in a pub for £3-£4. A number of reviewers have also found this with drinks. Take a look.
