Bolton Castle is a magnificent Medieval Fortress which is steeped in history and has a wonderful atmosphere, which is brought to life when people come to celebrate here. Our spectacular rooms are licenced for Civil Ceremonies and Receptions and can also be used for private events, dinners and conferences from 20 to 120 guests.
We have our own caterers who can cater for all tastes and budgets from hog roasts and cold buffets to sumptuous three course meals.

January 2024A really good day out. £48 for a family ticket gets you into the castle, the gardens and to see the falconry display. It is a very good walk around the castle with plenty of displays to read and a fantastic view from the highest point on the roof. We went at Halloween and there were plenty of spooky things to see. The cafe is nice with a modest selection, but is does a good coffee! We'll worth a visit.
