Clean and spacious rooms, air conditioning and Sky. Excellent staff who couldn’t do enough to help us and our 3 dogs. Secure On site parking. Fantastic Covid precautions being observed. No bar service available but told if we wanted an alcoholic drink then to just ask at reception. The breakfast a little disappointing but understandable due to the current situation but plenty in the ‘grab and go’ bags to get you going for the morning. Even though it’s based on a main dual carriage way road there was very little noise at all even with both our windows open. Our two night stay was very comfortable and would definitely stay again.

Location hard to get to from Gatwick airport, I took a train that was 40 min late and then a bus, and then walked for 15 min. 2 hours in total. Screaming people in the hall (no fault of the hotel but not nice), room overlooking a busy road. They could have given us a quiet room given that we were with a baby. Oversight on their part

Very good hotel. Good staff. Very responsive. Excellent breakfast buffet. I really enjoyed the British scrambled egg. Shuttle service to the station was very helpful.
