as a spire elite member I have stayed at this place several times before and to be honest its pretty a nice place pleasant staff but a recent visit well to be perfectly honest I would give this no stars has appalling I checked in it was gone 11 pm has flight was late the girl on reception was arrogant and not fit for purpose to be honest she should not be in this line of work I Don't think she went to charm school ! I said how are u and I'm her to check in not once did she respond how are you or nothing I was very tired and exhausted as a spire elite member I have stayed here before quite recently normally lovely staff like nothing is no trouble if you want milk or something thou rooms are very dated here and tatty not worth the money they charge at all! so I checked in and as I know a spire elite member I know the rules of the membership the girl said I need payment now as my wallet was in my holdall I had a lot of luggage on me I pointed out to her look u don't have To pay upfront until u depart she said then ebruptly I need payment now I pointed out to her about the membership she ignored me and ebruptly said again I said to her u are extremely rude and should not be in this role i left in disgust I advise anyone who decide to stay here to think twice I work for a quality hospitality chain very individual and I can say we don't tolerate staff in this way!

Great service at this hotel, although I haven't stayed here, I have used the carpark a few times via just park for airport parking, service is brilliant cheap and even if you land late they will lay on a taxi for you witch is unbelievable. It's good way of getting you to use the hotel and I will be booking with them for local breaks with the family as a thank you for the great service the offer. Currently the restaurant isn't open at lunch but once it is a will be eating before going to the airport. Well recommend both the parking and the hotel staff are really nice and hopeful.

I just want to say the service I received today on the phone was exceptional 👌 I contacted the receptionist and spoke to a lady called Ella with regards to my elderly parents staying at the hotel the night before they fly to Ireland to visit me. Ella couldn't have been more helpful and kind with my queries totally professional attitude and so caring. Ella is a total asset to the company and I couldn't of come off the phone more than happy. Ella deserves a 5 plus rating from me. Thank you so much. David

Best place to be if you like to be in contact with great staff and a lovely environment. Best service and great hospitality in every section. Great food in the restaurant of the hotel and plenty of great choices as well. You've got to visit it by sure.
