For a government visa immigration department we found the staff to be very helpful and frendly also excellent parking

Lovely place. That's our second visit and both visits were nice. No delays, straight to the point, courteous staffs, nice environment

Not professional, too many changes in staff that leads to problems, Centre is dirty, unclean men's toilet, cigarette ends outside of the main building as people smoke and vape right outside and in the car park. Bins are communal around them building as they are not allowed in the office- which leads to bad smells in the corridors and flies around the bins.

Quite easy to get to. They have visitor parking as well. The visit was quite quick, very few people around. Very clean office. The staff was sooo kind. Lovely girls.
