Hotel is located in a good place with easy access to Earl’s Court underground station & a wide variety of local stores and restaurants which are within walking distance. The rooms are very small & the bathrooms could do with a upgrade. I used the iron provided & it came apart exposing live wires which could of posed as a health and safety risk. Overall I think the pictures make the room look far better then what you actually get. The walls are also paper thin & there is no sound proofing In the rooms. I wouldn’t recommend.

This was a wonderful place to stay, most importantly the breakfast begins at 7:30 AM so when you're recovering from jetlag you can get your fix early in the morning. The garden available to you out the back is a delight to sit in. Reminds one of a sculpture garden. A veritable urban oasis. I recommend you make sure to be here for the most important meal of the day. The beds in our two twin room were suitable for this sort of hotel. I was satisfied with the room and the bathroom's fittings. We were not spending significant time in the room, but it was cozy and I don't have any complaints. Service was especially notable. They were attentive to our needs, collected dinner that we ordered for delivery and prepared plates for our dinner. They provide a real white glove treatment. That's what makes this place stand out. Those working behind the desk had a sunny disposition and a smile from ear to ear.

Very good hotel

Great family friendly hotel. Our room backed on to garden which was perfect for kids. Quiet and relaxed with great facilities. Breakfast was great with good choice (small niggle - could have been hotter) A peaceful haven from the madness of London

Excellent location about a 3 minute walk to the tube with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is just off the main highstreet and was pretty quiet. The staff at check in were super super friendly and easy to chat to. Given the price the rooms were excellent, some signs of water damage in the bathroom but cosmetic only didn't impact the stay. Beds were comfy, showers were nice and hot and the rooms had fridges. Overall excellent stay for the price we paid (we booked directly!) And would stay again. Thank you!
