This was one of our favourite hotels fair play it was lovely. It's located right in the middle of nowhere with a drive that must be nearly a mile long. A bonus for us was two Tesla superchargers😁 Rooms were clean and spacious and the staff were very friendly, food was good including breakfast😂👍

We were a little disappointed by the hotel. The room was OK but there were no drinking glasses in the bedroom or bathroom and the room was in need of a good clean/dusting. The bed and pillows were comfortable so we actually slept well. Breakfast was not good at all. Goods on the hot buffet were not kept topped up so people were waiting for items. Even the coffee machines (more than one of them) were empty. We probably wouldn't return to this hotel.

We were able to book a two-night stay here at the last minute. Given that we were staying at the Norton Park Hotel and had access to the spa for free, it is definitely worth the cost. The sauna, pool, steam room, and hot stone terrace area are some of the pleasant amenities of the spa. The main issue with the spa is that its shower and change areas are unclean. The rooms are large, although they lack soundproofing and are a little antiquated. Everything from the hallway or next door is audible to me. It's the worst breakfast I've ever had. Although there are many options, the English breakfast must be at least decent. Other than the sausages, the tomatoes and bacon were extremely dry. The hard pieces on the hasbrowns made them uneatable. The breakfast left us feeling quite let down. We would not stay there again because there are clearly a few things the hotel could do better. Hopefully this review will be of assistance. There is definitely potential for this hotel to improve and become a more respectable hotel and spa if a few minor issues are resolved.

Hotel in lovely location. Room was okay, but didn’t seem very clean with a haribo empty sweet pack in the wardrobe and shower seemed dirty. The restaurant was shocking, lady sent back her fish dish next to us, I had a steak which had no flavour and was dry, my girlfriend had a curry that tasted like a school lunch curry. Spa was the only nice part, massage was very good so definetly would recommend that, other than that hotel isn’t that greatest
