May 2024Came here a month ago for the first time. Staff were absolutely wonderful as were the amenities and location. Really can't praise the staff enough, it made the difference from other other well known chains. The only letdown was dinner, it was average at best. Breakfast on the other hand was fantastic and made up for it with such a wide selection. Visited again a month later, everything else was perfect as before, but this this time there was a new menu for dinner. A complete 180. Really enjoyed it, night and day difference from the previous menu. Looking forward to the next time we stay here. Big shout to the wonderful staff and customer service.

May 2024We had a wedding in Leicester at another hotel but spent a night at the Marriott. For most of our stay, we were very impressed. The rooms were really nice, a really good size and very clean. The only negatives with the room were, the tissues and toilet roll were not stocked up properly. Also had an issue with the iron in the room, the iron didn't have a cap on the water tank, water would spill out when ironing. This is why I've rated the rooms 4 stars. The only other issue was the swimming pool was out of service for the whole weekend. Why I've rated the location 4 stars. The staff were all friendly, professional and provided a really good level of service. 5 stars, would've given more of I could. I would stay there again and would recommend it to others.
