Very nice hotel. Nice food in the restaurant. Breakfast is better a little later when it's quieter. Car park is a little small but manageable. Staff are mostly all very friendly and very attentive. We had one weird issue that was dealt with in an exceptional manner by the operational manager.

It's a mixed review. I originally booked a twin room but got the date wrong so rang back to rearrange and they were excellent and really accommodating. Problem is, they re booked a double so when we arrived they had to juggle rooms around for a twin and the girl serving was very off with us. The hotel is great and the breakfast was excellent, however the room was a bit tired and smelled a bit musty. It wasn't so bad it ruined the trip but it was noticeable. My biggest gripe is having to pay for parking in their own car park!
