The restaurant was excellent for Christmas Day lunch this year. The food was very good and the service some of the best that I have experienced for many years. The young Manageress was particularly helpful. I cannot praise it too highly.

A wonderful stay. I was traveling primarily for business and stayed for 4 day. The room was spacious, well-outfitted and quiet (even though it was facing the main road). The bed was very comfortable and the shower excellent. The location was excellent...while my work was in Chiswick, transport all around London was easy and convenient. Staff were friendly and efficient. The room is showing some wear and some updates would be helpful, but every thing was clean and worked well. Overall a great stay and highly recommended for business or pleasure travel.

I had a great stay 6 night stay at the Clayton Hotel. The room was a great size, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and had a bathtub, there was complimentary water, tea and coffee and even biscuits each day. The service at the front desk was excellent and Jesika was especially efficient and helpful in making amendments to my my booking. I'd definitely stay again. Thank you!

Lovely hotel and check in and check out was very easy to do online. Room is very spacious. The bathroom was clean but was not as shown in the pictures. Ours was a little dated compared to the more modern version shown. I suspect it will get a facelift. That said it was very clean and we had no problems.

This place is awful. Staff are incredibly rude, especially the night manager that continuously threatened to kick people out of their rooms or not let people in door. The rooms are large, but appointed with nothing. Only thing in bathroom is hand soap. No shampoo, no face soap. Tired small shower. The air conditioning does not work at all. Room stayed over 24c the whole time and all they could offer was a fan to make an oven into a convection oven. Avoid at all costs.

Arrived at hotel, check in was swift, we had an executive room, which was fantastic, in all of the hotels I have stayed in, this room was fab, BUT the Bathroom was one of the biggest I have seen, it was beautiful, we were attending a function on the Saturday night, the food was fabulous, staff very polite. We will come back to this hotel. Excellent
