Lovely afternoon tea in stunning setting. Food was excellent quality and beautifully presented. Table service was good. However, front of house was not reflective of the high quality expected of such a well respected establishment. We were asked to vacate our table in an abrupt fashion, after waiting for our bill for over 20 mins. This was disappointing to say the least and soured what would have been the perfect afternoon.

I had the privilege of photographing a wedding at Hensol Castle in August. With its sprawling lush scenery and gleaming lake it is a dream and the possibilities for capturing beautiful, unique images are endless. The castle itself provides a majestic backdrop for all your group shots and inside the warm tones and expansive rooms are a delight. The staff were friendly, efficient and helpful in all aspects of the event and the food was delicious. I cannot wait to shoot here again.

We had a gift of afternoon tea to celebrate our wedding anniversary. A very pleasant atmosphere and an enjoyable afternoon. From selecting our tea choice to enjoying our selection of sandwiches and pastries. We were well looked after by all the staff from start to finish and would like to thank Lucy for looking after us and making our day special
