Hockwold Hall

We attended our sons wedding at Hockwold Hall on June 3rd. The owners and staff went above and beyond to get us to the wedding following a car breakdown. The whole day was an amazing experience, no one was upset by the hold up and if it caused problems with the staff and itinerary we were not aware of it. I will be recommending this fabulous place for a wedding with all the animals for the youngsters to visit. The situation and amazing and sympathie staff are absolutely first class. We had the pleasure of having our wedding here recently and it was amazing. The staff went above and beyond for us, nothing was an issue. They were attentive from the wedding morning, all the way to the next morning. Even with little things like helping a bride find a steamer on the wedding morning!! The venue is spectacular, rooms are grand. Plenty of space for guests. Lots of parking. Grounds are beautiful and the peacock's even put on a show. There is also other animals on site they allow you to see and they go down a storm with the kids. Julia (My Fleur) was fantastic for the room set up, done a wonderful job and the room/tables looked stunning. The catering from Shefs is 10/10. They have loads of options from buffets to fine dining. We had a 3 course meal, it was beautiful, followed by a hog roast that got absolutely devoured!! We can't thank Hockwold Hall and all those who contributed to our wedding enough. You really made a dream come true!

We recently got married at Hockwold Hall, and I’m so pleased we did! They have the most incredible, well kept grounds and there is so much space to enjoy. You are able to enjoy that space even more so due to the INCREDIBLE host of staff that work the Hall. Richard, Cate & Alison are a credit to the wedding industry. There are not many places you can hire and it really feel like your own, but they are so incredibly accommodating it makes it feel like you do! They are so kind, thoughtful and attentive, and our wedding went by without a single hitch and I have no doubt in my mind it’s due to the magical work they do in the background. After meeting Richard and seeing the grounds and his passion for the work they do there, we didn’t even view another venue! The cost is super affordable and incredible when you think of what is included and the work that goes in to the place. We will be forever grateful to the staff and Hockwold Hall holds a special place in our hearts. We will definitely be return guests!
