Not up to standard. We asked to be in a room far away from any wedding guests. They put us in a room with dry wall partitions and we could hear tv’s and people walking up the staircase until 2am from a wedding. No hot drinks, all the coffee machines were broken and we got an unexpected free face steam from them, even at breakfast they couldn’t accommodate non dairy non soya milk options like Oat milk? Breakfast was greasy and undercooked. Toilet paper single ply. Apparently post Covid you get only one bath towel per room. Take away Coffee cups in the room with plastic spoons. Receptionist revealed letting a person in through the boom gates who joked about bringing in illegal substances. Will be contacting their management regarding our stay. Room 729

Perfect venue to host our wedding! Everything was amazing, and this place is such a showstopper. Such a great team here too, they made everything easy and made us feel special too! Would highly recommend to anyone considering this venue.

We went to horsley big day out, it was very busy, maybe they need an in and separate way out to make it better on local traffic not queuing to get in.

First time I've been here, the buildings are good as well as the grounds to walk around.

Simply amazing old 19th century hotel beautiful place for a wedding. Great food had a good experience highly recommended
