Spa facilities and service were exceptional. Pool and poolside is currently being renovated and is mediocre - they could do with sun-loungers around the pool. Afternoon tea was lovely. Overall, if you're in the area and looking for a relaxing spa day I would recommend - it was definitely the treatments that made it.

Great first time visit to the Spa. Very welcoming friendly staff and a great range of treatments available. I chose the facial and was very pleased with the whole experience. Would definitely recommend and will be returning.

Had an overnight stay here with a course I attended. No complaints at all. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Food was fantastic and the staff there couldn't do enough to help. Rooms were clean, comfortable with all needs accommodated for.

Another wonderful visit to the spa. The gym facilities are great and there are lovely pool facilities. I have had both a facial and massage at this spa, both of which were excellent. It was nice to be asked how we would like the massage and the pressure we would like. It was great and the afternoon tea was delicious and very generous! I would definitely recommend a visit. Staff helpful and polite. Breakfast good. Room clean and of a good standard. However the bed ( mattress) was very soft and lumpy. ( room 153) Overall we had a pleasant stay.
