Hilton London syon park, an all time go to preference for us since it opened. Location, ambience, service and staff interaction has always been brilliant. Took our mum's for dinner for mother's day and everything was exceptional. The restaurant staff, in particular on the day, we're brilliant! Dietary requirements were met, chef offered a last minute veg curry option for one of our mum's (she most definitely enjoyed her dinner), table service was great (we were looked after very well), the food delicious! Only next time I'd like to have my dinner slightly warmer. The staff even brought out two plates in honour of our mum's for the occasion. It was very much appreciated, So thank you for making it a great evening for us.

Recently stayed here and had wonderful service by the front desk. We were celebrating an anniversary and reception/cleaners were kind enough to leave our room decorated when we arrived. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Hotel is quite far away from most things but if you are looking for somewhere quiet to stay (on a non event weekend) then it ticks all boxes. We will be back!

Great time with my brother spent in the hotel. The spa and swimming pool was also very nice. The service was outstanding when we order from the bar; the bar manager Tony was very helpful and we had a warm welcome. They look after all the tables including ours and we were very very comfortable with that. Great service. Very very happy with overall everything.

Stayed at the Hilton for my birthday and had a spa treatment my masseuse was Arnie who was absolutely fabulous! He literally has magic hands I had two treatments a rejuvenation massage and facial and both were 10/10. Arnie explained each treatment and gave just the right amount of pressure. He was so lovely & made me feel welcome, even gave me a little birthday dessert. I will definitely recommend and come back for more treatments with Arnie.

Location of this hotel is perfect, out of the way yet easy to find. The look of this hotel is very appealing and the view was Devine. Booked through a 3rd party website and chose an option with a balcony when we first arrived we were appointed a room without a balcony… called the front desk and they immediately brought us a key for our new room with no hassle. Staff do a good job of keeping the rooms clean and it doesn’t go unnoticed.
