We stayed for a week and had a lovely time. We had to move to a quieter room after the first night as the rooms on the main road are affected by the noise, but the hotel staff were very accommodating and quickly found us a much better room. Breakfasts at the hotel are fantastic, and the people working there are very friendly.

Enjoyed a 6 day stay in Jersey in this pleasant hotel. Very clean, staff so welcoming, helpful and kind. It's an old building and room was small for a double. Standard double bed but very comfortable. Simple shower room. No air conditioning. All of floor seemed to creak and because of age of building the bedroom floor was uneven. I'm sure the people below could hear as much as we could hear the guests above moving around. The dining rooms were very pleasant, breakfast menu extensive, very good although as everywhere these days it seems only fat free yogurt is offered when it would be nice to have the choice of good old fashioned, delicious, full fat, Greek style yogurt option. Just being picky! Ate every evening in the dining room and the food, every choice, always a small but pleasant choice on offer, was delicious and cooked to perfection. Many congratulations to the Chef! All told, I'd recommend this hotel and definitely would stay here again. Very well done to the manager and all his staff.

A great hotel to spend our week away in Jersey. Easy check in,room ready and waiting,clean and a good size. Just a short walk into town,but quiet enough for a peaceful break. A real bonus here,are the wonderful staff,helpful,polite,efficient....they made the holiday. Oh.....and the food...fantastic.

Fantastic service and fantastic staff, great food. our waiter for the evening was Robert, who made the experience for the evening brilliant. We have already booked to have a meal at thisbvenue again.

Fantastic hotel brilliant staff enjoyed everything about the hotel we were on half board food was brilliant plenty of choice. Short walk to the shops & waterfront fantastic break
