April 2024Team at this holiday Inn are all great, Any issues that were raised were swiftly dealt with, with a positive outcome and friendly smile. Although the breakfast choices were limited, the quality and freshness of the food could be seen and tasted. The breakfast staff were very nice and friendly, especially the young gentleman who used to be a drum and base raver. Sorry, I forgot his name. He certainly went above and beyond our expectations, making sure all our breakfast needs were covered. Bode, the duty manager, was great, too very welcoming. The room and bed were comfortable, with a good shower. Overall, our two nights spent here were very pleasant indeed, and we will certainly be staying here again if we return to Kettering.

July 2024Great welcome. Quiet clean room. Busy bar. Breakfast was very good. Hot coffee! Fresh produce cooked nicely. Cereals fruit etc. Staff polite and kept everything topped up at the buffet. A marked difference from our previous breakfasts at our two night stay in another holiday inn express.. tepid coffee and dried up bacon etc. Definatly a very good choice

June 2024Nice looking place. Plenty of parking even for a large panel van. Staff friendly. The room is large and clean. Sadly the air con was not working and really hot at night. Restaurant ok for a budget hotel. Overall good experience and would recommend.

May 2024Clean rooms. Nice breakfast with a mixture of hot and cold food. The pancake machine was a novelty but they came out so small ! Reception were very friendly. Plenty of parking. Rooms spotless. The beds were quite soft , you tended to sink into them. I would have preferred more firm. Overall very good. Location is somewhat remote.

June 2024On arrival the room was lovely and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Quiet surroundings. What let it down was breakfast and the poor service. They had not replenished the food at 9am so raised it with manager Daniel who was very rude in his response. Joe was very helpful though.
