Only gets 2 stars because the staff did their best. As part of a coach party it was felt we were a necessary inconvenience. Our bedroom had a tap barely hanging on in the bathroom (how does that pass the cleaning regime?) and several safety issues for a elderly clientele. As for the food it was beyond belief. Never experienced such tripe dished up in front of me. Whole lifers get better meals than we got. Everything was done on the cheap. Penny pincing at its worse. I doubt they have a chef....more likely a cook who can do the basics. 4 stars establishment...don't make me laugh. Ruined whole holiday.

This place is fantastic lovely hotel staff friendly good food nice rooms. Would highly recommend. Hopefully we will get again one day. Great location. Lovely breakfast

This hotel has a great opportunity to be excellent but the pandemic has had a major affect on how it operates. Rooms are good size with full facilities and on the whole food quality is OK but some improvements are necessary so that all customers are well catered for seven days a week

We have had an amazing stay. The room was immaculate, as was the swimming pool, sauna etc. The best thing about our stay was the staff. They couldn't do enough for you and did it all with a smile and a friendly chat. I'm already looking at coming back next year

Good food, lovely setting and friendly staff. Would have been 5 stars however once we had finished our mains and drinks. No-one came to us for over 40 mins to ask if we wanted any more drinks or dessert. We ended up going to the reception (thirsty and hungry for dessert) to pay as no-one brought over the bill. Still had a good time though.
