Gloucester Rugby Conference and Events is one of the largest and most prestigious conferencing locations in Gloucestershire. With 16 pitch facing meeting rooms we can accommodate anything from a small meeting for 2, multi rooms for assessments and interviews to larger board room meetings for 24 and the more traditional Workshops, Exhibitions and large conferences for up-to 350 delegates.

We offer our cohorts the option of daily delegate rates instead of venue hire which gives you the below;

At Kingsholm you will find a modern venue steeped in Gloucester Rugby tradition, you wont find more varied and flexible event space.

The 1873 Ricoh Lounge overlooks this world-famous rugby pitch. We can accommodate up to 350 delegates in theatre-style layout or up to 250 guests in a cabaret style. For smaller or more confidential meetings, the Legends Suite can accommodate up to 60 delegates, the Chairman’s Suite up to 24 delegates, the Mitsubishi Suite up to 20 delegates and sixteen superbly equipped smaller suites provide private meeting or breakout rooms for between two and ten delegates.

We also offer free on-site car parking for up to 150 vehicles, nearly 1,000 sqm of exhibition space, ground floor halls with large door access for cars and the display of heavy equipment, 10Gb of free Wi-Fi and technical support throughout your event. Gloucester Rugby is one of only a few venues to have been awarded the prestigious AIM award from the Meetings and Industry Association.

Gloucester Rugby have also developed a reputation for hosting live music concerts during the close season. Since May 2011, when The Wanted became the first band to perform live at Kingsholm, the stadium has hosted concerts by the likes of Sir Elton John, Jess Glynne, McFly, Lionel Richie and Madness. Sir Tom Jones has even played at Kingsholm on two separate occasions! However, the biggest concert held at the stadium was in June 2017 when Little Mix attracted a sell-out crowd of 20,000. Olly Murs has announced a concert at Kingsholm on Friday 7 June 2019.

Great day out, parking and exit back to the motorway was brilliant. Inside the stadium. The atmosphere was superb, and on field it was a great game which we enjoyed very much. My only negative was the group of children sitting next to us aged around 8 to 11. Constantly in and out and standing up and running about, with 3 dad's out for a boozy day. I know you can not choose who buys the seat next to you but it took the shine off the day for us and the people behind them
