I had the worst ever experience in a co-working office space in Maidenhead station during the end of June and early July period. All I needed was a desk and a professional enough environment when I booked it online having seen the office pictures online and reviews in Google ( but actually 2 out of 9 reviews from people who work there as I see it now) The co-working room was around 4x4 meters size that had been cluttered by someone who had been using it. But cluttering was nothing compared to the fact that I found out later it was literally being used a living space as if on a rent. As the place is open to access for 24/7 there seemed no stopping to this gross misuse. During a day I saw it being used for sleeping for few hours straight under the desk. Which was quite shocking when I first saw it along with other disturbing behaviour (daily computer noise, etc.) I raised the complaints with their help desk and local center who simply apologized but then wanted 100£ more payment by offering me a private office and ignoring the serious problems that I raised with their co-working space. They also offered me using business lounge instead downstairs which I rejected both their offers as they were not suitable at all and requested a refund as I couldn't use it anymore after seeing these issues in just a week. I also obviously couldn't use the co-working space again after raising these issues with the other person still there which made it all creepy experience due to the space 4x4 metres (living room size) They just explained to me that those are simply "bad habits" of their customer and they seemed to be quite bothered that I raised these complaints and that I rejected their offers and they tried to find irrelevant issues with my original order instead and were putting the blame on me instead. I've never seen such low quality service based on the experiences stated above. On top of everything they also charged late payment fees just before I terminated my contract end of July as I booked my order on 15 June and did the payment on 19 June. Which I paid them all now and closed my account. However they are still holding on my deposit as of now (apparently they have 1 month to pay me back - but just for few days of late payment they charge me along with their bad service !!) Simply outrageous and disgraceful experience.
