Great hotel, every staff member I came in contact with was lovely! Checkout was easy. Honestly a lovely experience. But make sure you book spa a week before as it’s really busy. Some minor criticism 1. Cleaner had to be called to clean room even though left switch on for cleaning. 2. Breakfast to have more better vegetarian options like for example veg sausages or vegan sausages etc. Apart from the loved the hotel close to everything you won’t regret staying here. 5 stars ⭐️

I don't think there is anything this hotel could have done better. It is immaculately clean, the staff are incredibly helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are modern, spacious and clean. The spa and gym area must be the envy of all of the health and fitness clubs, lovely hot jacuzzi and good sized pool. Breakfast was amazing, plenty on offer and the kitchen are prepared to make pretty much anything you like provided they have it. My only gripe is the ice machine wasn't working on our floor and we were asked to pay a £5 tray charge for a bucket of ice... I'd expect that level of service to be included in an establishment such as this. Would definitely return, location is slap bang in the middle of Manchester, close to the Q park on First Street and train and tram stops 50m away.

The experience we received at The Edwardian was second to none. There was not a single corner cut, the staff were an absolute delight to interact with and were incredibly eager to help at every opportunity. The facilities were stunning and the unlimited pool and gym time was exactly what you'd expect for the price. Breakfast was out of this world and one of, if not the best, we have ever had. There is no doubt that the 5* status is fully deserved, and this is largely down to the wonderful staff. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Posh Posh Posh. The Staff here are on point and the rooms are the Posh poodles hind legs. Walk in shower,bath,slippers, ironing board with iron,well lit room with picture/art on the walls, comfortable beds- I slept like a newborn and woke up like a new man. Lunches where out of this world. Breakfast buffet on point. Take me back now my stomach is rumbling. Did I say the staff where on point?? We'll I'll say it again!! 5 star for a reason! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great place to stay in the centre. Lovely staff, great food too, pricier than going out for your breakfast but worth it to stay in the room. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was great. Would definitely recommend if your wanting somewhere nice and quiet to stay in the centre. 5 star review for a 5 star place.
