The Rhyddings Suite can host 110 day guests and an evening reception for up to 180. We will only ever book one wedding a day in our venue, so our staff and wedding coordinators can focus completely on you!

December 2023Went for a works Christmas doo. Rooms are nice, basic, standard layout. Comfortable bed. Bar was busy, and staff kept up with demand. Separate room for our function was nice, big enough for all 50 odd of us. The food was good, hot, and well presented. Breakfast looked and smelt, OK. I was not 🤢, so I didn't eat more than a piece of toast.

February 2024Went 2 weeks ago for a birthday meal with some friends, we only dined and didn’t stay over , excellent food and good old fashioned proper customer service, they have kept this place old school. It’s a few notches above the “bistro” style of dining that is so popular now. Nice crisp table cloths, uniformed waiting staff that can’t do enough for you , beautifully pre laid table , and priced. In my opinion Very reasonably for the quality of the experience. My first visit but certainly not my last , so glad I was taken her and discovered this place.

February 2024We came to this venue on Saturday to organise our wedding, after speaking to David we had successfully agreed our arrangements. We then proceeded to celebrate as we thought we had found the venue… this isn’t the case. The old boy manager unfortunately doesn’t like anyone having a good time, we had put a lot of money in that till but to be told to be “SHUT UP” after 9pm because of children, and believe me as a mum I wouldn’t like it but there wasn’t a child in sight. I think he needs to learn how to speak to his customers, a little bit of customer service wouldn’t go a miss, be professional but don’t speak to grown adults like they’re your grandkids. Good swerve this as I wouldn’t want to sit in a corner with my fingers on my lips on my wedding day with old boy Roy throwing me daggers!!
