Exceptional experience at Holiday Inn Bristol City Centre! The hotel exceeded my expectations with clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a perfect location for exploring the city. The breakfast was one of the best I've ever had, and the team's professionalism ensured a memorable stay. The reception staff were incredibly caring, adding a personal touch to our visit. Highly recommended!

Pleasantly surprised in that it exceeded expectations. The rooms were really clean and tidy, with "be amazing" type scribbles on note pads and mirrors. The staff were super friendly. The gym was well equipped and has a great view of the 'Bear Pit', allowing you to observe the busy city centre. And the breakfast was amazing: tasty, complete and well presented. A great stay.

What a lovely hotel! I don't usually expect this kind of service from a chain but the culture here is great. Staff are so welcoming and helpful. The hotel is a bit dated but they have thought about it and made it really nice with little touches . I won't spoil it by sharing them but they are small but make you smile. Thanks for a lovely stay.

This is my usual hotel whenever I visit Bristol. The hotel itself is very clean and well presented. The staff are really friendly and helpful and the hotel location is ideal to get out and about in Bristol. Try it for yourself, you won't be disappointed.

Staff here were amazing and breakfast was great! We didn't use the gym but it looked okay for a quick workout. The TV was too small, far away and low. It should be either closer or bigger and attached to the wall. The A/C doesn't go low enough and we can't open windows. The jetted tub was dirty with hair and grease, we debated cleaning it but feared this would make it worse. The grouting on surrounding tiles were also filthy and leaked into the tub. The toiletries in the shower were in a very awkward place. Only one half of the shower was lit. The parking was fairly difficult for an SUV to navigate and leave. The room seemed overpriced and the hotel was equally empty. Why are there two reception desks? The curtain was impossible to close all the way and a pillar in the center made it worse, making a lie in pretty impossible.
