We had a great stay at the Hoxton. The thing that stood out the most was how kind the service was. Everyone was so helpful, friendly, and made our stay great. We picked the “cozy” tier room. Although it did fit our stuff, it was still certainly tight. The room itself was nice as was the bathroom. Of note- the temperature on the shower was a bit finicky and would go to scalding hot temperatures very quickly (made it hard to find a just warm temp). You get complimentary tea, coffee, and water available to you in your room which was nice. Additionally, they had a nice rooftop bar with great views of London. The hotel’s location near the Southwark Tube station made it perfect for getting around and exploring all parts of London. Overall, I would come back here but may get a bigger room next time.

I highly recommend. There was an error in their booking system that allowed me to book a room at this hotel for £1 per night = £3 for 3 nights during the high season in London. According to UK law, they didn't have to respect this and they could have canceled the reservation before my arrival. However, the Hotel Manager and the entire Team behaved in a very customer-friendly manner. They respected the price for 1 night = 1 pound and for the remaining two nights I received a large discount and a bottle of delicious wine in the room. The rooms, breakfasts and restaurant are perfection! Thank You and best regards to the team!!

Eugene at reception was wonderful. Very helpful, friendly and warm. Thank you :) Lovely location. Close to underground and close to centre of London. Great restaurant option on the ground floor and top floor. Great place to study with your laptop or meet a friend for coffee. Relaxed lighting. Great chicken wings!

The Hoxton is a trendy hotel conveniently located in a prime London neighborhood, a 15-20 minute walk to Borough Market and London Bridge, with another 10-minute walk to Tower Bridge. We booked the cozy room through American Express. Because we checked in quite early, there were no upgrades available yet. We took the room offered on the sixth floor because we were tired from traveling. As others have mentioned, the room is tiny, especially for two people. The bed was comfy, and we slept fine with the blackout curtains. Of note, unless you ask for housekeeping, you won’t receive it. The room only had two bath towels (part of being "green"). There was no luggage rack in the room, which was disappointing for a hotel that isn’t cheap by any means. Also, the room only had a steamer for clothes, which I'm not a fan of. A quick call to the front desk for a traditional iron was quickly resolved. We dined at the restaurant downstairs once and at the restaurant on the top floor twice. The breakfast downstairs wasn’t worth the money, but I did enjoy an amazing Bloody Mary. The restaurant upstairs is beautifully decorated and has decent views of the area. Our drinks were pretty good. We ordered two small plates the second time (charcuterie and croquettes). Portion sizes were very small for the price and frankly not worth it. Service throughout our stay was good.

Beautifully and stylishly decorated hotel. Room is on the small side but comfortable enough for one person and I only was there for the night. Breakfast is nothing special and expensive. Service is very friendly makes you feel at home. There is a green light in the hallway of the room and makes the room extremely lit up at night which made my sleep on the first night terrible. MUST Check your final bill I had many orders on my room which I didn’t make. My colleague who stayed at the same time had the same.
