Been to this pub on the odd occasion over the years. Seems like the new team behind the bar are a lot more friendly and welcoming than any I've met before. Julia, Katie and Matt (I hope I've remembered their names correctly) where very chill and inviting with good service. I have done a lot of work behind a bar too and am always impressed when I see a bar staff who doesn't sit on their phone behind an empty bar. Julia was always out keeping busy collecting glasses and wiping tables. No star for food as kitchen not open yet and four for atmosphere only because it was a quiet Sunday. Oh also Guinness is decent here if you like a good pint.

Absolutely love it here! Always a really well staffed bar and a particularly good place to watch football, being one of the only places that show multiple games on champions league nights. If you’re looking for somewhere to watch the euros and you’re in the area, I’d highly recommend checking out making a booking.
