We only stayed one night here but had a fabulous time. The staff are very friendly and attentive. I'd like to personally mention Richard, who waited on us in the evening. He was a real character and extremely friendly. We had our evening meal and breakfast here and can not fault the meals. They were lovely. Our room was nice and bright, very clean and very comfortable.

I had afternoon tea with my friend, it was a good selection and they had remembered my requirements. The room was lovely as was the building so much history. Staff very helpful, friendly and smiley - and we were not rushed at all. A lovely experience - Thank you

Stayed here as an anniversary gift from our children. The building is fantastic. There are extensions and ancillary buildings but they are not out of place. Our room was excellent, enough space to get around and a good ensuite bath/shower unit. Fantastic grounds, beautiful garden with a pathetic leading to a canal, great for walking along. There is also a wonderful church that is hidden from the hotel by trees, definitely give it a visit. As the building has a long history, it does have multiple levels and sets of stairs, so bear in mind if you have mobility issues. Call the hotel to discuss your needs. Loads to see and do in the area, could have stayed longer. Fantastic break, relaxing and fun

We stayed two nights to explore The Cotswolds. Lovely location by the canal and church. Food was excellent and plenty of gluten free options.
