Set within six acres of beautifully manicured grounds, with stunning views of the Stroud Valley and Canal, Stonehouse Court Hotel offers the perfect backdrop for your wedding day.
Whether you are planning a smaller wedding with 10 guests, or a more elaborate celebration, our experienced team can accommodate your requirements to give you the day of your dreams.
We have a number of function rooms available, from our intimate dining rooms for 25 people, to larger spaces for groups of up to 150. We can also arrange for a marquee in our stunning grounds, accommodating up to 250 of your guests. We offer exclusive use of the hotel, meaning you can relax and enjoy the day without any interruptions.
We are licensed for civil ceremonies, allowing you to have your service and reception in one location. We have a range of suites available and in the summer months you can make your vows outside in our pretty pagoda.
Our hotel has an award-winning restaurant, wine and lounge menus and plenty of communal areas in which to relax. We have 36 individually designed bedrooms including four-poster rooms, perfect for any guests who would like to make the most of your celebrations by staying overnight.

February 2024Stayed yesterday great experience staff very polite was there when needed them food amazing can’t fault atal loads to see around just 20 minutes drive to the docks which was a good experience and loads of history there rooms wasn’t to bad other than no fridge and was freezing at night was abit disappointed to wake up and see breakfast room was change and there was a temporary reception area had to go threw a different way and up some slippery stairs due to police shut off main entrance due to an incident that accrued that night but staff handled it the best they could

January 2024Met up here yesterday, as we do quite often as old primary school friends, now in our early 70's!! Always have a delicious cream tea between us & always served with a smile by waitress/waiter. Good value for money & pleasant surroundings, sitting outside in the warmer months!!

February 2024What a lovely few nights away we have had. Staff were incredible and really gave you a personal experience, nothing was too much and even when they were rushed off their feet you still felt like a priority. The bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely and comfortable making you feel at home. The food was to die for, absolutely delicious. Everything and everyone were wonderful and would 100% be coming back.

March 2024Rooms were very basic but the staff and customer service was excellent so I highly recommend. They went out of their way to accommodate our dairy-free dietary requirements and made us feel very welcomed. Staff are lovely, friendly and attentive. Thank you! :)

February 2024What a beautiful hotel, with lots of history. The rooms were lovely, so comfortable, and had everything you needed. The food was delicious, and there was plenty to choose from in the morning for breakfast. The staff was really friendly and polite. Me and my partner was over the moon.
