Thank you Chantal. I mentioned my dietary requirements and the very next morning you remembered them and sorted them out for me by the time I arrived to have my breakfast. Really appreciate it. Beds are comfy, toilet is alright although mine has a bit of a "old socks" smell. It's a very decent hotel though. Food also surprised me. Tasty breakfasts and dinners. Vegetarian options were tasty.

Arrived here around kitchen closing time after a long drive. Asked if could still get food at reception and directed to the restaurant. Ricardo and his colleague very kindly took a food order and had it sent to my room. They didn't have to take my order, but they gave me a few options for food and shortly after a decent hot meal was provided in my room. Well done to the kitchen staff for being kind and accommodating.

Very cold room. Heating was useless and kept switching itself off. Bulb missing from one of the bedside tables Bathroom door was really difficult to open Toilet seat was not fixed on to the toilet No noise attenuation from the room above. I could even hear somebody's phone vibrating Very noisy door in the corridor, which woke me up every time anyone went through it Bed wasn't attached to the headboard and so the pillow kept falling down the gap And finally, a stupid message written in chocolate on a plate, which I came within cms of catching with a white shirt needed for a funeral, what a ridiculous gimmick. Maybe they should concentrate on getting the basics right before trying to do the fancy stuff. Possibly the worst hotel I've stayed in.
