July 2024Good location and the room was not bad, but the staff was extremely rude. I asked for a late check-out and a hair dryer several times with no response. At 10:30 am, when I saw the room service staff and asked her for the hair dryer, she was extremely rude, shouting at me and pointing her fingers in my face, saying she would not give me anything and that I had to leave or she would call the police, which she did!. Extreme and unprofessional behaviour in the hospitality sector, and the management team didn’t reply to my complaint either. Worst experience ever, and I don’t recommend this place.
