First of all, I would like to point out that this is my second stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect during my first stay. Paulina had a difference in this stay. She is truly an excellent operations manager. She welcomed me, gave me information about the hotel and helped make my experience perfect. At the bar, Cleo fascinated me with her unique service. Wow, I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was so comfortable, I had the best night's sleep. The amenities provided were top-notch, from the luxurious toiletries to the fluffy towels. Overall it was a great stay and experience for us from India. Hotel is located but far from the central London but well connected by the tubes. Absolutely no travel issues. No safety concerns. Service in the morning for breakfast and otherwise at the reception was excellent. Chanced to meet co Indians Jyothi and Kiranjeet who were really sweet and efficient. The rooms could do with some more utility and storage space. No nearby engagements. Would like to book early next time so as to get better rates.

Very quiet and peaceful location and easily accessible from railway station. About the room:- Very spacious, clean and everything is clean. Every day they take care of household chores. About Breakfast:- Same menus every day, not different food. That's the problem I faced.
