Wonderful place. Really recommend if you’re into your gothic, occult and metal vibes. The booze is great, the staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming — the fella with the moustache is a don. I was on crutches and everybody, including the customers, were extremely accommodating. Bouncers we’re very friendly, held the door open for me, etc. Great vibes. Highly recommend if you’re in London. Easily accessed as it’s on one of East London’s most known streets. I’ve seen nothing but good hospitality here. If you’re into your ghost hunting, I know someone who swears he’s met a ghost downstairs 😂

Helgi's is exactly what I expected. Dark, goth, kink rock vibes. The people are the nicest folks and very passionate about their metal/rock. The staff are really nice. Great for a quiet pint or later in the evening, a louder one lol.

Fantastic venue. Cross between a Witches Coven and Hell. Brilliant atmosphere. Ultra efficient bar staff. Reasonable prices £2 for diet coke. Small music venue out the back. Super sound Grave Lines were Stella. Cheers guys. Would highly recommend. !!
