Burleigh Court is the perfect place to host your client meetings, retreat days or private parties. We offer a couple of private rooms for hire as well as the whole estate with all its 18 bedrooms. The terrace room seats up to 16 people, the Oak Room up to 46. We also offer outdoor seating on the rear patio or secret garden.

You can book in for just a meal, a day or stay the night – we’d love to host you as long as you like. Our restaurant offers some seriously good food - mostly locally sourced and harvested from our very own kitchen garden. All eighteen bedrooms are super comfy and offer a peaceful night of sleep. Burleigh is one of those places that represents the richness of life! It's got a wonderful lounge space where my family enjoy playing boardgames. During the summer we love sitting in the gardens. Highly recommend the cream tea and chips for children. Excellent quality and amazing staff.

My partner and I had a lovely bank holiday weekend stay here a couple of weeks ago. The hotel, the grounds, the restaurant and the staff are all incredible and although it is pricey, the service from the staff and the quality of the food is worth it. I proposed to my partner during this weekend away, which the hotel staff knew about in advance and they were all very attentive the whole time. The hotel isn't huge so the location feels very intimate but in a good way. We felt very looked after and left feeling very happy - will hopefully be back at some point soon!

We had a fabulous weekend here recently for my birthday. We had fabulous weather which always helps!! The room was lovely (top notch), although the lighting in the bathroom failed and couldn't be fixed the first night, which wasn't great, but these things happen I guess. We loved the hotel, and they were very flexible, letting us eat breakfast wherever we wanted (outside). The breakfast was excellent both days, although they ran out of brown bread on day 2. I didn't especially enjoy the restaurant evening meals, and certainly my request for a low salt diet was ignored, with salt being added to butter, and toast, and pretty much anything. We had tough lamb the first night, which really wasn't edible (but no refund offered) although they did do a 2nd plate for my husband. We really enjoyed the walks, which we did on our bikes. And the location and setting is excellent.
