Clean relaxing worth the money and staff was friendly

I was supposed to check in at 12:30pm and I got to the hotel and my room wasn’t ready till 3pm. It was my wedding day and myself and my bridesmaids needed to get ready which the hotel was aware of. I was panicking because of them I was 2 hours late for my wedding ! There was no apology or no care at all. Even seeing me panicking and rushing all they cared about is their payment. They even threathened to call the police. Terrible service

Charming and characterful BnB offering an attentive and friendly service. Missed our breakfast slot and were called by reception who offered us room service instead which was a pleasant touch for our hungry bellies! Parking was easy, room was clean and the welcome was warm. Would stay again!

Not the Ritz but for £65 in a nice area in London it does the job. Must give Alex a mention . Lovely bubbly guy who seems to do everything there has to be done . Top bloke 👏
