The Monboddo bar is perfect for a nightcap after a full day of celebrations. The bar is licensed until 1am and later for residents.
We understand that every couple is different and so rather than having set wedding packages, we will tailor the details of the day to suit your requirements to make sure you can have the perfect day.

March 2024Only having two locations to compare to I found the rooms spacious of the beds are comfortable big luscious pills four of them in fact per bed. Although the view from my room is nothing much to talk about I don't plan on staying in the room much. Staff was friendly courteous cheerful. Everything was clean need and orderly. Always are spacious but the lift is rather small. Some of you might find taking the stairs quicker. I definitely enjoyed taking a hot shower as opposed to the Marriott that we stayed in London which had lukewarm water.

Invalid DateVery nice hotel, amazingly friendly staff. We had an issue with our booking that was quickly resolved with a smile. And the cookie you get on checking makes the whole experience feel much more homely. You can buy the cookies which I would recommend :-)

May 2024We had other choices, but chose this hotel for the location and ability to walk around town to all the nearby attractions including the Edinburgh castle. easy walking is much preferred since parking is such a hard thing to come by in the area. Great hotel, very nice staff and on-site restaurant and bar. Great choice!

April 2024Extraordinary hotel in a great location! Staff is their biggest asset, everybody that we encountered was nice and helpful which made a difference for us! Hotel is very nice and rooms are spotless clean. Breakfast is lovely with a very good food selection! Skybar is a must try over weekend, amazing views of the castle! Food and drinks at their restaurants are very good too! The location is so central and so close to all local attractions. This will definitely my to go hotel when visiting the city

Invalid DateNice Hilton property in Edinburgh close to the Edinburgh Castle and the Royal Mile. We were here for 2 nights and the stay was comfortable. The room had adequate facilities including a refrigerator and coffee maker. We were offered a discounted price for the all you can eat breakfast at the Bread Street Brasserie restaurant attached to the hotel. The staff here were very cordial. Overall a great stay!

Invalid DateFirst off, the hotel staff are amazing. Easily the best part of the stay. The rooms are spacious, however a bit more drawer space for clothes would be nice. The bathrooms are small. If you have two or more people in room, there simply isn't enough room for shower kits and toiletries for everyone in the bathroom. The location is amazing. 15 minute walk to Edinburgh Castle and the Royal Mile. Fantastic restaurants in even shorter walking distance.

May 2024The location of this place is its greatest strength, being just a mile away from Edinburgh Castle. The lack of early check-in is the reason for the 3-star rating. Nonetheless, the rooms were spacious and of high quality. The morning breakfast offered a wide selection of hot and cold dishes.
