Friendly attentive staff serving delicious food. The location is fantastic with lovely views and a nice trail walk to the beach. Ample walking routes around. Would highly recommend a visit. (We didn’t stay only came for lunch).

Home is where the Harty is. This was our second visit and it was every bit as good as the first. This time we were privileged wedding guests. The setting is so romantic, the food and drink top notch but it’s the service that we most appreciate. Wonderful experience and we can’t wait to return. Thank you Reece and the whole team

Had a very enjoyable afternoon tea with friends, the selection of food items were superb and the service was exceptional. Stephen (front of house) is a great host and made us feel very welcome and Suzie (our waitress) was very attentive. We were seated promptly. The presentation of the food was lovely and very in keeping with the countryside theme. Very good value for money and the Inn itself is very nicely furnished with some finishing touches make it that feel that extra bit special.

I have enjoyed my stay at this beautiful Inn. The surroundings are full of character and charm, with the inviting open fires, hop laden beamed ceilings and very comfortable rooms to return to after work has been a pleasure. The attention to detail in the rooms makes the stay special with very comfortable beds, white linen and the added bonus of your own nespresso machine. The breakfast is a real treat with plenty of choice, including warm croissants, homemade preserves and a fabulous full English. The staff and owner are great, accommodating, approachable and very professional. Thankyou all for making me feel very welcome.

The restaurant is way overrated. The food at lunchtime was Light Snacks. That was all they had on offer. It was awful. I had to send both my dishes back. As there was no alternative, we finished our drinks and left for a local pub in Minster that was 100x better. Yes, we did kindly tell them that their menu was not great, only to get feedback from the Chef that he thought his food was fantastic..?? Umm, no. It was dreadful! I'd rather eat cardboard dipped in lard.
