We just stayed here and absolutely LOVED it! What a gorgeous hotel! The spa was quite nice (although the hot tub should be hotter but did not ruin our visit) the staff were exceptional. We celebrated an anniversary and received free drinks etc. What an amazing time 10/10 would recommend.

Me and my wife stayed here recently and had a great time. Our highlight was our 3 course meal, the staff were excellent and the food delicious. The room we stayed in was okay, I didn’t like the adjoining door and could hear people fairly loudly next door. I would have also preferred a room on the south facing side of the hotel with a view of the city, rather than a building site… We know for next time now and will definitely return.

Really unhappy with our stay. Majority of upper management staff very unhelpful. Room was not clean. Fake petals from the previous guest left in room and black sludge coming out of the kettle after used. Guest relations manager was not helpful at all. Feedback clearly not taken onboard and no satisfactory outcome given. Never staying again. Breakfast is rubbish, not worth the money. Spa is full of people having a social media photo shoot, so really uncomfortable in the spa as well. Luckily we received a refund for that experience.

Lovely hotel, excellent food and 3 page rum menu. Staff very friendly also. Unfortunately you couldn't open the windows in the room and remember to bring a head torch as the corridors to the rooms as it's quite dark.

We stayed for a special occasion my husband’s birthday and we were left extremely dissatisfied with standards of cleanliness. I paid for a superior room with a dockside view and to put it frankly the room was filthy. We hadn’t noticed this until the next morning as we were out of the room for most of the day and came back to the room late at night. We were given a disabled room. In the morning, I noticed that the shower curtain was dirty. The seat in the shower was grimy and the plastic covering was broken. The shower pressure was non existent, I’ve been stood in rain with more pressure. There was chewing gum behind a pipe next to the bed. The carpet is lifted and coming away. When we checked out I was asked if everything was okay with our stay. I let the hotel manger know of the state of the room. We weren’t offered much just given a card to write an email to complain. Shocking.
