Walking distance to shops(5-10minutes) and right in the city centre. Also 5-10minutes walk to the beach (Bournemouth Pier) & close to a Wetherspoon Pub. Room amenities: with kettle inside the room and WITH airconditioning ; Our room has a flat iron, hairdryer, complimentary 2 bottles of water, and a small fridge. Complementary Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Lotion and Hand wash & Toilet paper are in fixed containers in the bathroom. Floor 6th has a great view. The only window cannot be opened for safety; Big tv; beautiful view. Free use of swimming pool(4ft?), jacuzzi(in the pool), steam room & sauna. Customer Service is fantastic!

I brought a hen group of 28 along to use the spa facilities and afternoon tea and Thomas was very accommodating and helpful in booking especially due to it being such a large group. The spa facilities were fairly basic but had everything you would want - steam room, sauna & pool. We ran out of lockers but I imagine this was due to the size of our group. The afternoon tea on the top floor was amazing! We had such a great time. The staff were really attentive and kept topping up our drinks and we had plenty of food. Thank you so much for a wonderful afternoon!

The rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was reasonable but not great, distinct lack of fruit, very sad looking ham and cheese section, and only one self-service coffee machine, for extra long waits. Hotel is located opposite a lively bar, great for stag/hen do's bad for peaceful rest on one side of the building. Overall not a bad hotel though.

We visited for afternoon tea at level8 skybar. The food and staff were great! However, I needed to get my parking validated at reception and was rudely ignored by what seemed like the manager, in favour of the gentleman behind me. The staff on the desk were pleasant. It just soured an otherwise lovely afternoon.

Don’t bother wasting money for no proper sleep. Constant banging noises from across the street. I had called reception and they agreed that it would stop around 11pm but that was a lie. They did the bare minimum to help us while my family’s sleep was disturbed. I had to end up calling Bournemouth noise complaint number to take matters further. I shouldn’t have to be doing this for a hotel like “Hilton”. Super frustrated as we mainly stayed at this hotel for convenience and for a nice quiet stay for a few nights. Please save your money for a better hotel or area.
