June 2024Great location Clean rooms Breakfast was OK, however in a rush one morning I had to miss breakfast. Asked if they could do a takeaway coffee (no, they. couldnt) and then asked to take a croissant for the journey - they reluctantly agreed. Bar is expensive. Great parking.

May 2024Hotel location is excellent for sea front,pier and music venue. Rooms are OK with some faults some of which are quite serious. Dead spider behind toilet. Bent leg on ironing board but that ok because being electrocuted by plug and socket. Need to have adequate staffing levels for events on as the bar staff at one point was 1 person. Staff are friendly and helpful and hotel just tired. Needs attention especially on things that are dangerous.
