These days people seem to only complain and never speak about when everything went so smoothly that expectation were exceeded. I do want to tell you that on my recent trip to the Hilton Canary Wharf in London, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The staff was passing around cold drinks while we had to wait in line to check in. Charlotte at reception was one of the kindest most caring receptionists to ever check me and my wife in. She immediately upgraded us to an executive room, booked in complimentary breakfast and told is about the executive lounge. The room was very nice and more comfortable than my recent stay in the states. Tue breakfast buffet was plentiful and offered something for everyone while still being very tasty. Furthermore, everything was always being replenished and never stood empty. the night before check out Nicola made sure we had a breakfast prepared for our very early departure. All in all, this was the best value stay I’ve had in years and am glad I’m a Hilton Gold member. I’ll definitely choose the Hilton Canary Wharf again, next time I’m in London. A huge thank you to the entire team for making this a weekend to remember!

Hotel staff on arrival could not have been more helpful. The room was very good. Breakfast would spoil anyone for choice and well presented. Short walk to the tube so access to the city was easy. Only one small down side is on site parking only a few slots available first come first served. We were lucky to get one. But I would definitely stay here again. Great hotel for the price.

I very much enjoyed my visit to this hotel. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. We had a small problem with our bathroom sink, but maintenance immediately came to fix it, and a very thoughtful apology from staff. Location was fun and modern. The staff (and breakfast buffet) were the best part of the hotel. Everyone was incredibly kind. I'd like to especially thank you for the gift that is Robin. His knowledge of the entire city and how to get around, what stops to take, his helpfulness, friendliness, and charisma are unparalleled. Thank you for the amazing stay!

Great concierge and staff. Friendly and got us checked in/out swiftly. The double bedroom was enormous with plenty of storage space. We didn't feel cramped as we had felt in other hotels. Not the prettiest of views out the window, but that's mainly due to construction works so out of their control. The breakfast was very impressive. Mimosas are offered from the start, and there is a generous spread of both hot and cold food. I went for a few rounds of the breakfast and felt very satisfied. Only gripe is that we had to ask for toothpaste and toothbrushes - these really should be provided upfront.

Great hotel in a great location. Just about 25 minutes to Oxford Circle via Bank (using the DLR). Staff very welcoming, cordial, and professional. Rooms in good condition, thought I wish the shower had a little more pressure. Great breakfast selection until 10am. I will definitely stay there again.
